Cancellation Policy
A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or require rescheduling, and the full service fee may still apply.
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if repeated cancellations, no-shows, or behavior that feels unsafe or inappropriate occurs.
